Creator’s Parrot Channel had a great premiere season in 2010 on “The First and Last Song” series featuring music by mainstream and independent artists that was motivational, inspiring, healing, and spiritual. In honor of the dream and principles championed by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, in his birthday month, and humanity’s evolution toward greater love and peace, my new program, "The Healing Artist Studio" hosted “The Top Humanitarian and Inspirational Indie Music of 2010.”

Guests were EJ Flavors (The Godfather of Podcasting at ejflavors.com, official RnB podcaster for the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards) and Sean “Unda” Carter (Producer/Composer and CEO of Generation Me-X Entertainment, producer/host of “Cafe del Unda” on Art International Radio, and winner of a “Top Tracks of 2010 award by Rhythmic Variations of Sound). Guest co-host was Yaniyah Pearson (singer, writer of speculative fiction, a trainer, and stress management coach attempting to promote positive transformation and change). Also, we had special music guest appearances on the show by Coco O'Connor (Best Ambient Vocalist, Hollywood Music in Media Awards), Aleah Long (Singer/Songwriter/Healer/Shaman), and Obi Kaye (World Beat/Global and Jazz Percussionist).

EJ, Sean and I shared our top track picks. My selections were picked from the tracks played on “The First and Last Song” episodes from 2010.
